Opening Day

Opening Day—There is nothing like it. Fans from all around the country beat as one. Hopes of fans pulsating together. A new year, the season when this year their team is going to go all the way. It’s the start of all the major league drama. After the October classic is over. When all past disappointments are forgotten. Fans are renewed with hope and vigor again. The anticipation of something wonderful this way comes, brings an unbridled joy. Watching beach balls bounce across the stadium and onto the field.  The return of the Wave circling the stadium. The cat calls and the general buzz fills the stands.

Its when the NBA season winds down. And the second season, the real one begins. March Madness is reaching the Final Four and long days of summer comes to head. Poppies in the fields start blooming and beach goers finally answer the calls of the Pacific. Late night grunion runs. Last quarter before proms and graduations. It’s the time before spring breaks and raucous parties. It’s a time for weddings and thoughts of summer loves. There is no other time like Spring. A time of renewal, of re-birth, of new beginnings. Waking from the winter slumber. Where it is not too hot for nice walk out. Not to cold to be bundled up. It’s the moment where everything feels just right.

If we can just bottle this feeling of opening day. Having this feeling of. . .this excitement. . .this hopeful anticipation, there would be nothing we could not do. Face any challenge, vanquish any for, touch every star. If only everyday, we could think and feel this way. If only. . .

We can. We should. But why don’t we?

It’s a mystery to me why we don’t. Every day, the sunset. Every day the sun rises. Sure time loses balance. There are long dark nights and short bright days. In the end, it balances out.  I think of my Rina, Rinnes. We were high school friends. She had a challenging life, one which I won’t go through. Let’s just say, she seems happier now and there may be a few people that are jealous of her joy.  Yes, there Is envy. I suspect there is some Dharma. No, not Karma, but Dharma. Moral law of the world. This concept from Buddhist teachings speaks of Dharma, Karma, and vedic law. Don’t know? Wikipedia it.

I won’t go into the times that Dharma has laid the smack down on me. Let’s just day, I am convert of Good Intentions and Happy Thoughts.  If you haven’t seen or heard of Emoto’s Water, Google this, too. emoto water molecule story link If we can just make it the daily habit, that everyday has a profound sense of awe.

Sadly, we don’t have this habit. For this I am grateful for Opening Day. A general coming together or like-minded individuals, hoping and anticipating something wonderful. Haven’t been to a Doyers Opening Day yet, but I can tell without being there that there is something magical going on. I’ve done a couple of races. Participated in a few 5Ks and marathon runs. All these people have all this pent up excitement that one can taste it. It fills and expands all those around. A boundless joy ready to burst. So sweeping that it comes out the pores of everyone there.

I am reminded of the AV Poppy Fields. They are not blooming yet, but its getting there. The fields of Orange bursting all around. Can’t quite describe the magnificence. Its just an orange brilliance. In the the desert of the AV, with windmills and mountain backdrop, it is quite a sight to see. Atop of Kitanemuk Vista  Point looking over the orange fields, I can’t tell you about its beauty. Its something one has to just see and experience. Kids run boundless in the orange ocean. Old ladies and gentlemen, walk with cameras in one hand and with grasping their loves with the other.

Ah, Opening Day. AV Poppy Fields. There is nothing like it. Anticipation, Hope, Inspiration—Gotta Have It. eschscholtzia-californica-glad-i-jumped link

Three Little Birds. . .

Rise up this mornin', Smiled with the risin' sun,
Three little birds
Pitch by my doorstep
Singin' sweet songs
Of melodies pure and true,

Saturday. Breeze is blowing. Green trees rustle while providing shade on this hot summer day. Kids are swinging to my left. Father and son are doing soccer drills in front of me. Two sisters ride their bikes on the central path. Kids skate on the park.

It’s a warm day cooled by the summer breeze. Dry green grass covers the field. Children's laughter is carried in the wind. Been alone with family. That’s the best way to describe it this last week. Brother is in Vegas with his wonderful wife and kids. Rodney his family hung out with me a few days back. Visiting Charlie Browns and Littlerock Dam.

Thinking back when my father was alive. I would always walk around. We used to camp a bit in the van. Cold, winter nights in the brown, multi-colored van hanging with Brian. I remember back in the early 80’s when we moved here to P-dale. It snowed that winter. Heavy. Several inches thick. Driving to downtown LA. Strangers coming to our van to grab some ice from my first snowfall. Felt so special then. Strangers walking to the fan to grab a handful of ice.

Dad’s gone now. He’s buried in the PI. Didn’t end it the way of would have liked. Still remember that text message on the Verizon phone. Thought it was a joke. Thought it was a desperate cry for help. Desperate cry for money. Thought was another sales scheme. I let it go. Yet, it still haunts me.

Choices were made. Forethought was absent. Hurt feelings still scarred me. Pain that I thought let go. Alas, I was not wise then. Let hurt rule that day. I remember being dropped off in the middle of the night by the aqueduct. Walking home in the dark as the party played on. I knew then. Actually, that is not true. Knew for quite some time. If I wanted anything, I had to do it myself. It was up to me. No one else’s fault but my own. Learned to swim. Learned to ride my bike. Learned to draw and write. Dad had a way with words. Those writings are gone like he is.

Singin': "Don't worry about a thing, worry about a thing, oh!

Every little thing gonna be all right. Don't worry!"
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing" - I won't worry!
"'Cause every little thing gonna be all right."
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,

Can’t run away from this. Can’t get away of who I am. Problems that I face are my own. Solutions are up to me. Prayed for some time. Went to church for a bit, but couldn’t escape who I am and what I’ve done. Choices I made are mine alone.

Not strategic at times. Not the best outcome, yet still, here I am. I know in the grand scheme of things it little things that make the world of difference. It is the hug of nephew. The words, “I miss my uncle.” It is the postcard from an old friend. Don’t know if the things I do will change the world. Don’t know if it doesn’t matter. Hope can mean everything. Its hard to keep at times. When things are so bleak, so dark, to have this belief that things will be better. Dad always had that. I knew when it wasn’t there. Guess, that glimmer in the eyes. Recognize it all too well. In sales, I knew when a client was sold or was just hazed over.

Knew it with Glitter. Knew it with Dad. Knew it when I saw it in myself. That look in the eyes when I lost that glow. Raman said “Dead Inside.” Hard to re-ignite that fire when it was just a whisper.

It easy to lay down and die. To hide in the cave and just wait to end it. What a waste.

To this I say,

I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself.
A small bird will drop frozen dead from a bough
without ever having felt sorry for itself. ---D. H. Lawrence

So here I sit enjoying the hot summer winds. Listening to green trees rustle. Watching the Father and son kick the ball. There was a time I did this with my Dad. For now, this will have to do.

'Cause every little thing gonna be all right" - I won't worry!
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing,
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right."
Singin': "Don't worry about a thing, oh no!
'Cause every little thing gonna be all right!

Tears Are Falling. . .

"Rinnes," I've thought about you said, "Women have expiration dates." Didn't understand at first. It sucks. Don't know if its true. However, there were three of you that felt that way, so there is some general credence. It still sucks. It sucks and it scares me. Biological clock tick tocking away. Beautiful ladies feel their worth diminishes as the time goes by. That blows.

To those that aren't in the know. Couple days ago, I had late night sit down with Rinne's at the Goldfish. Soon to be older (Twenty-one years old again this year), a tall 8th grader femme (I thought she was a high school sophomore), and her mom. These ladies were my company of the pre-workout stint. Hearing them say this to me made me think. Women have expiration dates. She said so eloquently, "The times when men fall at their beck and call is reaching their sunset." Bad service at restaurants to come because of the age-beauty thing--Sad. Men falling at their wink and smile gone.

Life sucks.

The reading group I recently joined are of a different ilk. I get a different presence. They are 50 to 60 ranges. Matriarchs all. I hear a strength and community when I hear them speak. Pity parties Classic version. I say that's a rough what these Goldfish ladies are going through. Blame your Dad for not giving you the Y Chromosome. Little secret, Men don't have it so good either.

Men statistically die much younger than women. Ladies, men don't have that pity parties. Testosterone and society has made us cave dwellers. Lone wolves. Toughing it out alone are our cross that we bear. We sit and ponder. We wonder and wallow talking to old ex-girlfriends and moms about our feelings. Well, this is what my Psychology of Men class said. Ever wonder why men die earlier than their female counterparts. It was postulated that men don't know how to connect as well. They don't know how to communicate their feelings and since no connections. They keep it inside and take Viagra to make them feel younger. They keep their pain inside and men let their pain it eat them up physically. They die alone and sad.

Tough. Being a Y Chromosomer, I wonder if life is worth living without a connection to another. One old buddy of mine Brad would go on male-bitch sessions. We would say we are tired of being Male-Bashed. Blah-blah this and blah-blah that. In way, I've been blessed. I had lots of love when I was younger being First of First. Passed around going to cool places, I gots my share of attention. I had a girlfriend early during puberty and I met my soul mate relatively early too. So I have been lucky. True, there are times that I miss being in a couple, being connected. However, the only connection that I sorely miss is that special one. Hopefully, she lets me in because I really want to know her.

As for relationship-wise, I know life would be better with company. I see that with my Bro and Sis-In-Laws relationship. Jr. High Sweethearts and now three kids. He's even luckier than I am. He was always better a lot of things and I am very proud of him. He's my Hero. However, another one life's answer is found in the movie. "Up In the Air" movie comes to mind. George Clooney and Vera Farmiga are lovers with a twist. Moral of story, George Clooney learns he his ready to connect. The crucible line, the tag, the thing that sums the whole movie in one moment of clarity is this. "Remember all the great moments in your life. They are most likely with someone. Simply put, Life is better with company."

Guess, the reason I like the movie is because I relate with character. Granted what movie don't I make a connection with. . .True. I still like it and that is the story I'm sticking with. Anyways, the late night sit down was with nice ladies was enlightening and upsetting. Goldfish Mom had life issues and needed love. Apparently, she discovered her three year relationship was a lie. Her significant other was not-so-significant. He was also no-so-faithful--was not really divorcing his wife--not so monotonous having other gaming girlfriends. Nice guy. But I'm sure the signs were all there and the fantasy she had dreamt up was just a comedy.

No, that's not nice.

This is one of those "I'm looking at the cliff thinking about jumping off" moments. Hopefully, this is the time where she sees the light. She wises up and gets stronger. This is going to be her Halle Berry Boomerang moment. She'll toughen up and the right guy will come where she least expects it.

She was in pain. Could see it her eyes and hear it her tone. Body language showed she was fronting strength, hiding deep, deep pain. Now, I understand after this little diatribe. Sorry, light clicked in my head. Her pain was deep, so deep. Simply, she wanted to connect. Connect with something real. Connect and grow.

It reminds me of the many flowers in the dessert. Poppy festival is happening next month. The city of Lancaster has two day event at Lancaster Park. Besides the carnival food and games, the dance recitals, the arts and crafts, the city does something nice. They used to--I don't know if they still do--They would bus people to go see the Poppy Fields. Oceans and oceans of yellow poppies . When you see them, you can not help but smile.

So much potential. So much beauty. If no one would goes and appreciates the beauty these poppies possess, nothing dramatic would happen. Poppies would go and still be poppies. This is okay. Yet, when people can look and see their beauty, one has got to smile. It transforms these desert flowers to something more. Life showers them with sun and rain. Yet, life has been cloudy for Rinne's friend right now. She feels her leaves are falling and no one has gotten to see her flourish. She feels like fertilizer has dropped and it stinks right now. These moments will make her stronger. Crap still feels like crap. I understand her pain now. She wants to make a connection like many of us do. The tears are falling and she feels no one knows.

I am beginning to understand why I am going to church so much lately. I don't feel as alone. I don't feel as unloved. I don't feel so lost. My connection--this spiritual renewal/ rebirth--has given me new found energy that was always there. My own self-love was not enough.

My connection with this Higher Power has healed and strengthened my heart to give more--to be more--to love more. Master Yoda gave me his Star Wars sticker book yesterday and I almost cried. He loves this book. Yet, he wanted to share with me. We name the characters in the book together. I colored a picture for him. He plays lightsaber fights with me with spoons and forks. I talk to Prece about Muhammad Ali and "Ali, Boma Ye" I worked on a Chumash Indian Project and recorded whale sounds. These are the moments that counts.

I know I have missed much with M. I see her pics D gave me and I know. That coy smile and I know. . .I know I missed much. Too much. Rinne's friend made me realize that people are sometimes lost. They don't see their own light. They don't know that a connection is there. Rinne and I spoke and we came to the conclusion her friends needs to listen to heart. Hopefully this message will not gone for naught. Hope she finds strength in herself and realize loves out there. Its hard right now for her. I know.

Well, I have been sitting in the lot too long. Got to end blog. Morning Mass started and I need to connect.

I Can't Do This, Sam--Frodo

Plans Change
Sitting in Customer Lounge at Robertson this morning. Needed to have Civic checked again. It was the second time in 2 days that I needed to get a jump. Five times I had to get a jump start since I brought it here three weeks back to get my battery checked. They said it was good. My car thinks otherwise. Lucky for me, I have in my flash drive a few flics: Ninja Assassin, Up In the Air, and To Paris With Love. Relatively, new movies. Took my meds with no food and I’m feeling it now. Had different things planned for today: haircut, hospital, Morning Mass, working out, and bill-paying. Not something extremely difficult, but necessary.

Star-Gazing At the Kodak
Had different plans for the night before and it didn’t pan out as I would like. Hoping to see the Oscars, no, I mean experience the Academy Awards. Planned on going to the Kodak Center on Highland and something and be one of the wanna-be paparazzi and take some photos. Never did it before, but thought it would be cool to do. Only thing close to ceremony with luminaries was my time with Shelly when we went to the Vegas Star Trek Hilton opening. Caught some pics with Jerry Ryan, Levar Burton, Jonathon Frakes, and few other actors in the various series.

It’s funny how we go star-gazing. These people who are like you and me, we just gawk with adoration. Their skills--their talents--is to mask and pretend. Their gift is to be characters in a story. Sure, this is make-believe, but stories are important. We like hero archetypes. We like to root against villains. The story is game of the struggle. The stories are of tragedy, loss, comedy, and love. The quest of the hero is to battle. To win to lose. To be reborn and be made better. To be something more. What I find is that people, like me, need to be inspired by these heroes, real and imagined.

Story of My Life
More and more, I am finding that we have this in all of us. We can be the hero to our own story. We need to be the hero in our story.

If you were watching a movie of your life, would it be an interesting story? Would you change the channel of your own life? Would it be a struggle? Would it be a tragedy? A comedy? Who would be your love interest? Who would be the primary characters in the movie that is you? Really, you are the producer of your own movie, your own film. You edit the story of your life. You decide what memories to keep and what to leave on the cutting floor.

And the Winner Is. . .
Working out last night watching part of the Oscars, I saw the parts of the awarding of the male lead presentation. Jeff Bridges, Morgan Freeman, George Clooney, Jeremy Renner (Hurt Locker) were the nominees. It was a nice presentation. Couldn’t hear the words being said (No radio on Ipod). However, I could see the faces and pictures of the nominees. It was nice collage of the body of works of these performers. Susan Sarandon’s other, Tim Robbins spoke in behalf of Morgan Freeman. In the background was Shawshank Redemption. George Clooney had Vera Farmiga. Jeremy Renner had Collin Ferrel. Michelle Pfieffer spoke of Jeff Bridges (They worked on the Fabulous Baker Boys) I liked how these people spoke in behalf of the Oscar nominees. It reminded me of a lawyer's summation of a good trial movie.

Defend Your Life
Not in a negative way, it reminded me of eulogy. People that worked with these great actors spoke in their behalf. Much like the telling heartfelt stories of the life occasions shared at a funeral. A lady I know said she liked the idea of angels advocating your life. Before going to next level, if you believe in Heaven, one would have to defend one’s life. A movie would show snippets of one’s life advocating moving up or re-doing life. All the good. All the Bad. Everything’s everything and its effect. One would be held accountable for the actions and events that would be your life.

Imagine your life, if it ended today and you had to be judged, how would it turn out? Would you be proud of the life you have lived? Would you proud what you produced? Are you proud of everything you have done?

I’ve had good moments. I’ve had bad. Overall, I'm not happy with everything. Not so far. I have events in my life that I would like to re-do. I can’t do that though. Can only admit mistakes, move on, and do better next time. One of my favorite quotes comes from author, martial artist, and Icon. Mistakes are always forgivable, if one has the courage to admit them.--Bruce Lee I am working on the admitting part. Courage: its growing.

In the story that is your life, what are you producing? What are you holding on to? What are you fighting for? Are you worth watching?

I think, Yes.

Best Producer Award Goes To. . .
Remember, in the movie of your life, danger and despair are part of a good story, a good story that matters. You may try to re-shoot parts, but the other actors may not be there to re-shoot. As producer in the editing room of your mind, you can cut out things not worth keeping. In the end, you make your own story. During the acceptance speech, its customary to give thanks. In the end, you need to give credit to actors and actress. You need to give credit to the costume producers, the set producers, the prop specialists, the lighting, the gaffers, the assistants, the assistant’s assistants, the everything. Not all are major characters, but their presence had an impact in your movie. Well, enough with that.

Dark times passes. Courage takes note the many chances of turning back, but it keeps on.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers (2002)

Frodo: I can't do this, Sam.

Sam: I know. It's all wrong. By rights we shouldn't even be here. But we are. It's like in the great stories, Mr. Frodo. The ones that really mattered. Full of darkness and danger, they were. And sometimes you didn't want to know the end. Because how could the end be happy? How could the world go back to the way it was when so much bad had happened? But in the end, it's only a passing thing, this shadow. Even darkness must pass. A new day will come. And when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer. Those were the stories that stayed with you. That meant something, even if you were too small to understand why. But I think, Mr. Frodo, I do understand. I know now. Folk in those stories had lots of chances of turning back, only they didn't. They kept going. Because they were holding on to something.

Frodo: What are we holding onto, Sam?

Sam: That there's some good in this world, Mr. Frodo... and it's worth fighting for.

Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow, Bet Your Bottom Dollar

It’s dark outside. Evenings are coming sooner and sooner. I’m sitting in the hospital front lobby right now. Laptop’s plugged in. Getting some juice. It flashed earlier 5 minutes left. My eyes are heavy. There’s lots of commotion in the TV room. I hear a baby crying. A little girl cries, “She hit me.” Tired now. Still too much going on for me to rest. Automatic sliding door keeps opening and closing. Volunteer receptionist says, “Lancaster Community is closing in a couple of months,” to the visitor signing in.

Where's The Remote Control?
Winter Olympics are going right now. Kids are watching Dora the Explorer. Can’t get to a TV to watch the opening ceremonies. 2010 Vancouver not really sure if it’s that important. My interest is nothing compared to the 84 LA Olympics. Maybe it’s because the Olympics were only an hour away. Maybe, it’s because there was little viewing choices at the time. Only HBO then; Not like the hundred TV choices we have today. Maybe, it’s because the media blitz was so close to home. Maybe it was because everything was so new.

World's Ending. . .Again
It still dark outside. Foreclosures. 10%  jobless rate. Ads on radio, Iran’s nuclear enrichment program. Doom and gloom is still around. There was always one more war. Yet, it is no different than times before. No different so many hardship stories told before. I still hear the noise from the kids room next door. Political pundits cry a foul. Channel is changing. President did this. President didn’t do that. Mayor did this, Mayor did not do that. No one is ever satisfied. No one is ever totally happy. Palin-haters and Brownies. I am a Brownie.

Right Here, Right Now
What is your moment in time? What historical forces are coloring your view? What are your times? It’s NBA All-Star Weekend. Rookie and celebrity all-star event is playing right now. Dunk-a-thon and Horse are tomorrow’s events. Sunday is the All-Star game. Kobe is out, bad ankle. Iverson is out, too.Family Issues. City of Dallas has over a foot of snow. Yet, the game goes on. Couple of weekends ago was Super Bowl Sunday, Colts versus the Saints. I wore my Manning jersey. Colts lost. Yet, I wasn’t too terribly upset. Just did not have my heart into it. There was no emotional connection. No mountain of joy. No valley of despair. It just . . .Eeeeh. No big deal.  New Years the same. Little over a month.

Earlier, I was at Barnes and Nobles reading about screenwriting and plot. It talked how good story lines had a simple story and strong conflict. It talked about a management of emotions. It talked about internal conflicts. Physical conflict. Conflicts with nature. Conflicts with Higher Ups, something mystical. I have all this.

Nancy Kerrigan, "Why Me!!!"
Did some self-analysis. I wondered why someone want to read my story. My blog. My stuff. Then it came to me. My story now is simple. I’m having questions of Faith. No, I haven’t found God, but I am considering life in the clergy. I am Father that is trying to re-connect with his estranged daughter of 16 year.  Strong emotion internal conflict. I am starting to lunch with her married mother. I am struggling with Congestive Heart Failure and Diabetes. I have been on subconscious, self-imposed exile from my past and I am trying to make amends with former friends. Some victories. Some disappointments. Yet, I go on.

In This Life Time. . .Or the Next
I have major and minor players to my story. Elaine for one. Brian for another. Tammy, Corinna, Lisa, Bobby and Randy. There is an occasional walk-on. Don’t know if I will share all of me. I will tell most of my story. I am struggling to uncover my Father’s past. I am learning about my Father’s sister, my father dead son (my step-brother), my many, many cousins. Many mysteries are ready to be revealed. I will do my best to let you in. I hope my journey will help some. I hope my struggles will help deal with your own.

At times, it feels like I am writing in the dark. Don’t know whether you like or hate what I write. Don’t know if I care. I’m lying. I do care what you think. If you like, you keep reading and post a comment. If not, you will post a comment and still keep reading.  My journey is your journey. The struggle I face is just darkness.  Darkness is simply absence of light. I hope that I can shed some in my journey of writing. Hope you will share your opinion and add some sunshine on m journey.

You Light Up My Life, Debbie Boone
My blog is about the hero’s journey. It’s your journey, too. It’s all of ours. This blog will undoubtedly uncover some personal issues because it is the nature of writing. Free Associating, Roscharch inkblots, writing this blog will reveal my hopes, my fears, my issues, my life. It’s simply my unconscious percolating to the top. I’ll do my best to stay on topic. Let this be a foreshadowing of struggles to come.

Its still dark outside. Automatic door closes. A winter breeze gusts in.  It will be dark for a few hours. Baby is now laughing, though. I hear a little sister complaining. Someone’s shouting “Poopie and it stinks.” I hear more giggling. They changed the channel. I hear the Olympics Theme song in the background. Sunset happened a few minutes ago. It will be dark for awhile. Feeling warmer. Heater is kicking in. The sun will rise. Sliding door opens again. I hear the more laughter and I smile. My eyes widen. Receptionist says, “Yes. We’re hiring for the new Palmdale Hospital.”

It's A New Dawn

Birds flying high,
You know how I feel
Sun in the sky
You know how I feel
Breeze driftin' on by
You know how I feel
It's a new dawn
It's a new day
It's a new life
For me..
And I'm feeling good
--The Roar of the Greasepaint—the Smell of the Crowd, 1965 musical

Song Lifts the Spirit
How are you feeling? Lyrics from the “Feeling Good” written by Newley and Bricusse. Sang by many musical luminaries, Nina Simone, John Coltraine, Sammy Davis Jr, George Michael, the Muse, and so many more.

How are you feeling?
Word choice, the painting of a picture, the accompaniment of the percussion, the resonance of a singers voice raises spirits in ways that I cannot adequately describe. Every morning, I have been taking pictures of the sunrise. It reminds to think of something beautiful. This song “Feeling Good” explains has how I feel when I see the sunrise.

Firebird Promise, Why?
Seeing the sunrise, even when there is no sun to see, it still brings me . . .Joy. It brings me Hope. Knowing it is out there it brings me strength. I get energized. It brings me sleep, bringing me peace that a person can do more. A person remake oneself with every passing moment. One can get another chance. One can do more. One can do better. If not in this life, but in the next. One can strive to do more, to do better, to be better. It’s a new life.

Ray of Sunshine, You Can Be
Raining quite a bit lately. Streets flooded. Car stalled. Roads closed. Tornadoes stopped traffic. City blocks blacked out. Yet, knowing there a new dawn, a new day, I can’t help but feel good. I hope in your quest you remember that songs that brings a new Hope. In cloudy days, it may be a sliver of sunshine that can make all the difference in the world. Before you know it, the whole sky is filled with Hope and Joy.

Remember you, too, can be that sliver of light on that cloudy day. Be that blossom in the tree. Be that butterfly out having fun. You know what I mean. Hug your kids. Smile at the passerby. Kiss the Loved One. Be bold in this old world because in a flash it can be a new world. You can be that beam of light that starts the sunshine that takes up the entire sky.

Now, you know how I feel. “And I’m feeling good.”
