Did a quick fifty on legs. Ears are buzzing still. Got swimmers' ear and everything is on a low hum. Pool was brisk, but not freezing. The way that I like it. Got on the board and used the fins. Practice the legs some. Just 10-10-10-10-10, respectively no fins, fins back, fins dolphin kicks, fins front, and breast stroke kicks. Spent 20 minutes spinning and started the day with my 217.
Went to B&N and read some mags on various stuff. Drawing, photography, triathlete, cycling. Bowing , too. What interested me the most was the wood carving. Got my blocks and knives a few weeks ago, but haven't started out yet. Triceratops, unicorn, maybe a hippo. Those are my top plans so far, but I need to find the write design before I will be doing my whittling.
Caught up with my journalizing. Also got my started catching up with my 365project. Hardest thing on the bucket list has been the cranes. Just so time and labor intensive and frankly, it takes more disciplined than my current efforts. so what needs to be done? Need to evaluate goals. Review current results. Diagnose the discrepancy between the two and alter current efforts. In other words, do something different because what I am doing is insane. Doing the same thing and expecting different results.

Lately, it has been heavy about my personal experiences and observations. I think I would like to change that for a minute. Been reading some old posts and this evolution has got us here and I think need to get some elevation and perspective. Maybe its time for another origin re-tell. Using some comic speak, lets figure how all this started. Heart Condition was the precipitating incident. Need to maintain inspiration and log the situation. Write down the feelings, experiences, and current events. Discover themes and resolved some lingering issues. Well, that's the game plan. Looks like this may take some time.
